If i vid a transaction and i get scammed on the video will paypal refund my money i get scammed for? Like i know i can dispute it but would the video which provides obvious evidence give me a refund?

 

Depends what the trade's for. If it's virtual goods, almost certainly not. If it's something tangible, possibly.

 

Oh... well then i really hope i don't get scammed... no free mm's right now so yeah i hope i dont...

Not with virtual items dude, no way. Paypal doesn't deal with that. Only way around it is to dispute unauthorized transaction, but that could actually lead you into more trouble if you don't have proof.

 

Even with a middleman you can still be charged back. Paypal is an unsafe method of payment.

 

Paypal always favors the buyer, you could have really good proof and they'd still deny your dispute if it was a virtual transaction. Even an exchange of tangible goods with proof of delivery you can potentially get charged back on :/

 

Don't rely on paypal to help you at all, if you think you might be scammed. We're talking rs goods, they'll say its your fault sorry, we don't cover virtual.

 

I'd recommend selling for rsgp and then selling the gp for paypal to one of the big companies.
