RS2K19 appeal Ban/dnt?

Requesting an unban for this dispute. Waiting a while prior to opening this to not do so in anger, and the fact this ban followed me on an alternate forum.

Report: RS2K19 scammed me for 4.5m

Not linking the other report due to me cancelling a service due to unforseen circumstances.

All evidence and current stance resides in the post. This user never PMd me or made official contact via the forums, and so also "hired me" for services i did jot advertise for. Whatever. If the forum still depicts me responsible ill give the dude 4.5m.
