Hsurab's Gold Scamming 75m OSRS.

He was asking for 07 first, when he always goes first, and he wasn't tarded with me directly, was trading with my supplier, also all the BM i baugth from him has been losted because the accounts was banned too.

 

Might not be the place for me to post, but I got over 200 vouches from RSPS market and know a lot about it as friends of mine run several RSPS's. If the server is coded well and you have the right developer it's possbible to log everything. This includes trading, staking, POS/GE, drop logs and pick up logs. PM me if you any staff needs information about RSPS logs/RWT.

He was asking sure, but he never received it. He had give then rsps gold and lost it. he isnt held responsible for anything once he gives the gold away to the supplier.

He didn't lost nothing, I send you some picstures of my accounts banned, and he confirming he isn't banned when he is direcly involved with the trade, my accounts weren't not involved, and got banned so wtf? only who knows my name can tell staff to who ban

 

I was asking for it because the trade was an extremely risky one and i didn't want something like this to happen. Hence why i asked him to take all responsiblity for the trade, which he agrees to here - Screenshot

I'm down 5m because you do risky trades and get caught. You've been ordered to pay the 75m. Why are people still debating this?

The points i'm tying to prove is this:

1Why only my stock accounts has been banned? (the accounts where i stocke the gold that he sold me) (only him knows the name)

2He was doing the trade directly, but his accounts haven't been banned, only me and supplier ( I wasn't involved in trade)

3Why he told my name to a Os scape member?

 

1. Because u were there when he was getting the money or the guy you sold to snitched on you.

2. I wasn't in the trade directly, my associate was, i'm not yet aware of whether his account has been banned.

3.Do you have proof that your name was even told to someone? Let alone have proof that i was the one that told them?
You're throwing mud at the wall to see what sticks so you can avoid paying the 75m.

Can someone remove these threads and request him to pay now? These threads are causing a risk to my account on osscape.

Like i said before i'm not sure whether or not my associate was banned or not, you were there during the trade to make sure it went through, also from what i saw the staff were ready to offer him a deal, most likely turn you in and they wont ban him. That's probably how.

Why is the first we're hearing of an associate carrying this trade out, not yourself?

If you were involved in the trade (which you were), would your account(s) also not be banned due to RWTing?

 

Due to me having such a high profile on the server i maintain plausible deniability by xfering to a friend and letting him sell it, i made this clear to him before it's not really relevant.

Also Excelont was clear with his decision was he not?
