I try to join their server but it gave me an error, so I ask Liam to do it.

They delete his message but after he post threatening to report they just log out of their server. So they know they are wrong but choose to avoid it.

We only want them to change it because we are not the same brand, but so far they will not cooperate and just delete message.

Evidence:

1) I try to join their server to ask them to change it


I dont know if it is my China/VPN IP but I cannot join. Or if they banned me? Liam can join no problem.


2) Liam sent official polite request



3) They delete his message



4) So he type it again but more firm




5) Now they just log out

We also request they remove from their discord accs and discord bot. On the feedback bot they use exactly the same, did not even change it:
