Okay Well a tuck no hander is a great trick which may be very simple for some people to learn but some people will also struggle to learn this. If you are one of the people who struggle, don't give it up keep going at it and you will soon learn it. This is a trick that can be used over lots of different Jumps and Trails, it will also impress your friends down at the local skate park! The real trick to learning this is to have the confidence to throw your handlebars to your upper leg area where they will rest as you execute the no hander. The reason of the tuck is, as the times are no everyone is having their seat very low on their bike, which disables them from being able to 'Pinch' the seat with your knees to keep your bike level, instead tucking it into your upper leg to keep your bike from drifting away and causing you to stack it!

I will break this trick up into steps so it may be easier to learn and you can try it one step at a time.

Step 1. Okay this is the step you learn to tuck. Practice getting air you are comfortable with and tucking your handlebars to your lap as shown -

Step 2. This is where you learn to take your hands off the handlebars and choose your style of taking them off, these are the styles from choice.

Straight out Sideways - As it reads.

Suicide - Your hands behind your back.

Diagnol - The way shown in the picture.

Straight up - Self Explanitory.

Step 3. Landing the trick is pretty much the easy part, your hands will naturally go back to the handlebars after you've done the tuck because thats what your used to and if you want a soft landing try land with your back wheel first as this will take most of the pressure from your wrists.

I hope this guide helps you land this trick and I hope you can learn other tricks, if you have any questions about it leave a post here and i will be sure to get back to you, thanks for reading.

A well written guide, and good use of pictures. I missed a bit of what to do after I jumped. Land as on step 3?
Also try use titles with bigger size on the text. Bold, underlined and italic text when something is important is also great!
Looking froward to read more guides from you, keep my tips in mind when you do. :)
