use a dagger! more xp since you're 1 atk and str anyways
believe me i got 40 defence it took 2 weeks tho

 

i had 40 def pure, but then i got bored and made into tank, now its 30 range 40 def.

ive scrapped that accoutn and have started to make a new def pure, exactly the same stats as urs 30 def nothing esle.

Any progress yet? Well i've heard the sword you get from the blurite quest (cant remember its name) gives the quickest xp if you got 1 str 1 attk.

here's a screenie I just took, I almost killed the monk with iron scim, 1 str/att.
when I took it it was too slow ( I was lagging ) -_- but yeah it had one hp until it healed twice, I guess. ;[



I'm thinking about getting 99 prayer, 99 range, 99 mage, aswell. Not sure if I want too though, I'd train it on the def thing though. >.< Don't know yet.

 

Should make it a rune armour staker. Just get it 5 attack and strength and wield full rune fury rune boots obby cape etc and use a steel dagger (++), poison them and they will slowly die while being only able to hit 0s on you lol

 

I just got 37 def, lol.

&& I don't really like rune pures lol, because I see this image in my head, where I'm going to own XD.

Whenever I get 40, I'm getting members.

Havn't been on Runescape latly, though, that's why I havn't gotten 40 def yet haha.
