    Basics

To become an wrestler, not like "Randy Orton or the Undertaker", but a true wrestler... it takes time, practice, dedication and most of all, concentration.
No goofing off, otherwise you'll miss one part of the move, and the entire move will fail. Sometimes you can improvise on a move, but it's harder then you think.

    Nuetral Position

Keeping yourself in a strong stance while in Nuetrals, is the defensive factor while standing. Keep your knees bent, your arms in a grasp range, ready to engage in an headlock, keeping your feet slightly apart can help you while trying to "ghost"(my coach taught it to me that way, I don't know offical name.). In nuetrals, the object is to get into an grapple with your opponent, and wear him down, so an easy take-down or possible pinning combination. The most important move while in Nuetrals, is the Penetration Step. [IMG] The goal of the penetration step, is basically called "shooting in", whereas you usually try to get your right leg via your left, between their legs, and then you should proceed to do an take-down, like a single leg drop.

    Referees Position

Referees position, is when the period runs out of time, or an penalty is called. Both players get on the mat as showed above, and there's an offensive position(on-top, aka thumbs up), and defensive (bottom, aka thumbs down).
When in offensive Refs, you always try to "chop-down" the opponents arm, which is hold him up, so that way you can hopefully pin him from that. Mosts pins come from an Referees Position.

    Offensive Referees

When on-top, you want to do a "chop-block", which is where you swing your wrist into right above the opponents elbow(inside). As soon as you hit this - you have an selection, like an Far-Side Cradle etc...
The main point... is to just get the take-down, crop the points, and go for the pin. Never let yourself relax, otherwise your opponent will smell your fatigue, and instantly go in for a Pin.

    Defensive Referees

Defensive position, is my prefered position, because honestly, as soon as you shoot out or get an reversal, it's easy points, and you can usually catch the opponents ankle because they haven't re-enset their stances. There's different moves in the defensive refs, like shooting out, betterly known as "standing up", aka 1 Pt. You can do an reversal, but you have to switch positions entirely (by switching from defensive referees to offensive, by the time said). And also, there is reversal pinning, like "turn outs and ins", etc.

    Pins

    Offensive Referees
Half Nelson - To do this move, break you opponent to his stomach, from referees postion(ontop), look for an open space under the arm, put your hand under this opening, hop over to the side of the opening, and push your head into his liver, or the rib if on the other side, now push, afterwords, you can apply two fingers or your knuckles, to the opponent to get a firm grip, this is allowed and a smart tatic while wrestling.

    Defensive Referees
Roll-Bar - By doing this, your on the bottom of referees, aka defensive position. As soon as the referee blows his whistle, you grab the opponents right wrist, and roll your body to the right, pulling your opponent below yourself, while still having wrist control. Then go in for a knuckle/two-finger holder, and hold the pin down, as hard as you can, try to make the kid have to give up(wrestlers must be able to squeeze their opponents hard, otherwise - they'll tire out and let their opponents go with their opponents barely fatigued!).

    Rulings & Rules
*** This information, was deprived from my memory as I heard it from referees, So I tried to remember as best as I could!!!***

1 - Your Hair must be small in length.
    2 - You mustn't have long nails.
3 - Strapped-up shoes only, otherwise put duct tape over it.
4 - If an injury occurs during an match, yell "Ref - Injury!"
5 - Your coaches can only help you so much, hurry-up calls must be made by yourself.
6 - Never question the referees decisioning, otherwise you'll get banned from having any more matches that night + points possibly debducted from the match going on from your team.
7 - Be a fair sportsman, shake your opponents hand after every match.
    _____________________________________________

When a penalty/period ends, the referee will spin a quater, heads could be red/green, or other way around. If your team is red, and he spins red on the quater, then your asked on a "Hurry-Up Decision", which is basically the options of "Nuetral Position, Top-Of-Refs , Bottom-Of Refs". As far as I know, Thumbs up is Offensive Referees position, while thumbs down is the bottom. To say nuetral position, you say nuetral. Thus ends the rulings of the wrestling handbook.

    How to wrestle [NOT WWE]

Thanks <3. I worked hard on it, seeing how much I like to wrestle. Honestly, I figured WWE was fake, like I saw a commercial when watching TNT about like Some guy gettign hit by a car while IN the WWE Building? No security? And I've watched WWE before, there definetly has to be security guards bigger then the wrestlers.

All your guides should be of this level. Still could look a bit better, but without being picky, it's all right.
