How to upload an orb

If you can see my avatar, it sucks. How do i upload?

If you have windows, open your image in "Microsoft Office Picture Manager", click Picture>Resize>Custom Width x Height> set it to 80x80. That should be pretty small, now save it. Then upload it on Tinypic or another image hosting site and set it as your avatar.
