    Could someone please explain how to do this, how long it takes, etc? I would appreciate it.

    How to transfer RS names to a diff account
    Open 2 different browsers and log into runescape site. (EG: Firefox + Chrome)
    Change name on the account with the 'rare' name to anything.
    Get your other account that you want the name on and change the name to the 'rare' one.
    ???
