    ~How to Train Lvl 1 Def Pure?~
    Title says all... where could I train easy with my new level 1 defense account that want to keep at level 1, any monsters that I could kill without them doing damage easy while I rise my attack and strength? Any comments would be helpful, thank you!

    Chickens and cows at early levels, later rock crabs/experiments/flesh crawlers, after that at higher levels you could try bandits, or the slayer skill. :)

    I would say goblins for a little while, then move to al-kharid warriors. That is what I'm doing and I am now 73 strength and 50 attack.

    Monks are really great when you're a low level. Plus you don't need food to train there.
