How to stream games?

[izzm4tic]

Hi, i was wondering which websites/programs there are around online that are free and let me stream my League of Legends games (with minimal lag).

My objective is to climb out of the 700-800 elo range into the 1100+. in case anyone was wondering lmao.

But i would seriously appreciate the help thank you.

Streaming program is http://www.xsplit.com/ and I suggest you stream it on to twitch.tv (essentially justin.tv but for gaming).
