New Rune Pure Progress Thread

Going to be making a progress thread for my new 42 defence account. I still have my ags pure from the last go around but I sold my 60 att piety acc so this is my new account.

Haven't decided if I'm going to make this a 16/31 pray account or go for 43-44 pray this time. I've been thinking about 60 attack with 16/31 pray or possibly 50 attack with 43 prayer. If i max out stats with either 50 attack and prayer or 60 attack and 16 pray I'll be the same combat level - 88. I plan on polling this.

I'll be chinning range if I don't get prayer and most likely using blowpipe at nmz if I decide to get prayer.

Good luck. I currently have a 75 atk/55 str/1 pray/81 range fully cannoned account. So fun at 55 cb with ags lol.

UPDATE: Managed to hit 70 range today

 

Ill def that ogre method you gus do whats the xp per hour with a cannon?

Jesus Christ that's a shit load of cannonballs used. For a 1 pray pure you should have knived the whole way. You want more HP at a lower level. You done fucked up.

 

I get around 62k/hr at ogres atm using ballista as weapon for maximum range bonus for cannon

I've hardly used any cannonballs lol I only used like 10k cballs from 1-70, the rest of them are just in my bank. And like I said in the op I'm gonna be chinning onward from 70

Bit of progress, had some other issues so haven't played too much but slowly coming along atm. Thinking about working on an ironman/60 attack piety account while I work on this one as well since it's mostly afk-ish

 

Added a new account. Afking cwars for halo + range top on the pure atm. Will be training it a lot more once I get bgloves/can afk melee stats on the piety account.

 

Progress has been slow, been busy but have made a little progress on both accounts.

Got 53 thieving on the piety account + did dt. Sitting at 148 qp's atm.

Very nice! Im also making a pure, starting with a obby mauler because i can always turn that into an other pure.

Was gonna buy one first but there is too much risk unfortunetly.
