How to start again?

I just saw the new (old) updates to do with freetrade and wildy and all that, and want to get back in the game.
made a new account got out of tut island, and i have no idea what to do, you dont start with anything anymore!

 

best thing to do is go over to the cows and pick up the meat/cow hide

do it like 5 times and go sell in GE buy abit of armour and food and then train..
or Go GE and pick up some ash ( there will be someone firemaking there on any world ) and then sell ash and buy something like a hatchet or pickaxe and go skilling for money..

Or buy some RSGP from a trusted seller here on this site..

Or my personal favourite.. BUY A BOT

 

I believe if you go over to the General Store they have somethings that you can get for free, but other than that i think you should do what DGTurtle is saying.
