How to safely sell an account?

It seems like the amount of scams in the runescape black market are rampant, how should I go about selling an account? I hear even with a middleman gifting you the money and whatnot the money can still get charged back.

I've tried selling it face to face for cash but there's very few people who are even interested and offer a ridiculously low amount for it, so I don't think that's an option.

 

Sell for rsgp and use a middleman. The sell rsgp to a trusted buyer.

I may have gotten scammed, I'm a new member on this website, sold a lvl 75 pure I went first and the guy is taking forever.. he keeps saying brb bathroom, "sending money now" but never sent wtf.. what do i do with this kind of things

 

Selling part will be easy because you can always recover the account if the buyer turns out to be scammer. Also there are risks such as scamming the wealth on account, ruining pures and suicide botting.
