There is still a VERY simple method to to RWT in a way that jagex has inadvertently designed.
The way the Grand Exchange Works, is it currently adjusts to the prices people sell at. The higher the price the item is being sold on the GE, the higher more the price will auto-adjust to match.
With this, cheaters can purposely inflate the price of an item in the GE (Lets say, Bronze Bars), until the Market Value according to the GE is 1000+ ea. Since bronze is easy enough to make, people buying the gold, can trade 1k Bronze Bars for 1 Mill GP from the people selling gold.
Since no one on the GE will buy a Bronze Bar for 1,000gp, the price will never DE-flate from 1,000 gp. And, because a bronze bar is worth 1,000 gp now, the regular trade system will mark it at 1,000 gp, and so they can STILL trade Player-Player for the money.
