How to remove PayPal limitation?

Due to stupid scammers charging back money from my PayPal, my PayPal account's access is now limited. I can't close the account, I can't send or receive money, or do anything.

It says I have to add a credit or debit card, but the thing is, I don't have a credit or debit card. I just have my PayPal attached to my bank account.

I also have to confirm the location.

Is there a cheap easy way out of this? I only have $10 USD in the account left, so I don't really care about it, but the thing thats bugging me is that its still connected with my bank account, which contains basically all my funds :S

As far as my knowledge goes on this subject, the only way to lift a limiation on your paypal is by adding a credit/debit card. This will cause your account to be "verified". It's the only way I know how to lift a limitation. I would suggest pming a Market Mod here because I'm sure they know a little bit more about paypal in general than I could offer.

I would try asking your parents to use their credit card to just get it verified if they don't let you go to a local store buy a prepaid credit card and add a few dollars on it. Add the prepaid card to your paypal and you should then have to wait four days to get some sort of number in your email to put in paypal and then you will be verified! I might make a guide on it once I get a prepaid credit card.

Yes please! I think I might try that. How old do you have to be in order to buy a prepaid credit card?

It would really help. This is the second time my account got limited. For my first account, I had to delete my bank account then transfer all my funds into a new one and everything. It was a complete mess.

call paypal up and talk to them about this, they maybe be able to make your account usable again =]

Well you need to be 18 to activate it but you can still be lower than 18 and have your parents verify the card over phone I verified my prepaid card myself since im not 18 I just said that Im the dad.

You can actually call PayPal and they can have your bank account reset off their website. However, you will not be able to reuse it on the PayPal site. I speak from experience.
