How to remove my DNT

So I haven't been active here for the good part of 6 months. Partially this is because of a ban that upon reading over the outcome stated I will become unbanned within 3 months. I will preface with I did have knowledge of the ban I received, but knowledge of the events that happened was limited, as someone who worked under my "brand" was the reason for the ban. There was IMO a miscommunication of events that led to my ban. Upon reading over the agreed upon terms that my employee and the customer came to, I would not have agreed they were fair to my employee had he quoted what the customer requested. Anyway the long story short is I / my "brand" have been accused of scamming $20 from a customer who's previous big order of approx $200 was fulfilled.


For those that quickly read my DNT you will understand that my employee was playing games to stop decay from diamond 5. Losing or winning a game stops decay, so this is where the confusion starts. My employee told me the customer wanted decay games, so I told my employee to offer him a price that suited him. What I was unaware of was they agreed to net wins. If I had been directly dealing with the customer I would not have agreed to such a pointless deal and likely told the customer the truth that you can lose over 10 ranked games and not demote in division 5 if mmr is around division 5, saving him money.

My employee at the time of the events also did not inform me of the dispute that arose between him and the customer and of his refusal to complete the work, so I was not able to remedy the situation myself or refund the $20 to the customer.

I want to clear my name. I have over the years dealt with transactions of over $500 with nothing but respect and honesty towards my customers. Over my dealings I have refunded customers for unforeseen delays and given discounts to give them what I consider a fair deal, even if they do not ask for any compensation. If I was to scam intentionally and trash my account that was in good standing for years it would not be for a measly 20 dollars in which a game was played to prevent the order from decay.

As soon as your worker did not agree to complete our deal. I reported it on sythe and then he reported my account to riot and my league of legends account got banned and I didn't receive any seasonal awards that I paid for.

He says "I didn't report his account". For 1 he is not that petty and 2 why would he report an account he completed the job on over 20 dollars. Your screenshot also has no proof that the report is even your account that has been banned.

You would need to show the email it was sent to and have a moderator confirm it is your email through some form of verification. This could just be a google search for league boosting ban email for all I know.

Finally, when you enter into an agreement with us you will also see we take no responsibility for action taken by riot games for MMR boosting activity. See our terms of service on our page. "We cannot be held accountable for any permanent action taken by riot and will not provide any compensation. If riot takes action before we can complete your order, we will refund the amount for the divisions ordered that were never gained." The agreement initially was to get diamond 5. As your account achieved the rank of diamond 5, there has been no breach of the initial agreement.

I would request moderators to take into consideration the number of report a scammer posts this user has relative to his number of posts. As the old adage goes "If everywhere you go smells like shit, it is time to check under your shoes"
