How to remove email address?

I want to sell one of my accounts, but I dont know how I remove the email address lol....

 

You're supposed to go "Account->Account Management->E-mail preference-> [login] -> clicking here at the bottom -> enter your e-mail adress and the code for unsubscribing...
But those btards didn't send me a letter/send me a letter without the code, idk, how come.. Atm I can't get any more letters sent, because "there were too many requests... bla bla bla.. " }Try again later
also, in letter they wrote like
"We store no information about you other than your email address, and we will never pass this on to other companies without your consent.
