How to put your name on the Task bar

Note: This doesn't work on everyone's PC. It doesn't work on mine anymore as i have recently formatted. Rawr Im Phat has tested this on his PC and supplied me with a Screenshot.

Step 1:

Go to "Start", then "Control Panel".



Step 2:

Then, double click, "Regional and Language Options", then "Customize".


Step 3:

Then click "Time" at the top, then change AM and PM to your desired name, im going to use "Jake"



Step 4:

Then click "OK", then "Apply", then "OK" again and your desired name should be next to your time.

BTW, you might want to say for XP... its much harder on vista... quite hard to find the correct menu... stupid vista... hiding menus and shit... >.<

How to on Vista:

Go to Control Panel

Click: Clock, Language, and Region

Under "Regional and Language Options", click "Change the date, time, or number format"

Go down and click "Customize this format..."

Slide over to the "Time" tab and click it, then edit where it says AM Symbol (blank) and PM Symbol (blank), type in what you want, hit apply, OK, close out of it all, and you're done.
