Enter your info on the user and pass parts on both clients that you want to mutli log in. And very fastly click log in on both of the pages. Any questions just ask.

It's also pretty easy to multi log without lag by using an rsclient like tiko, swiftswitch or even using rsbot without an actual bot running.
