How to mine runite?

I went to mine rune ore, but to my disappointment it was impossible. Some creatures attacked me with magic... Is there any tips about how to mine rune ore?

swap worlds as soon as you notice these creepy creatures.

You can also try the mine in neitiznot (needs fremmnik trials i believe) but it might be harder to get to : trolls will not welcome you

I tried, logged in and started to mine, the creature hitted 24 and I was dead (lost lots of health before too).

Try under the heroes guild if you're a member, then world hop - if you want to be "completely" safe

Yah i suggest you don't mine in the wild with those revants try all means possible to get members cause look at this you mine for like 20 minutes to get 10 ores ( 100k ) and your killed wow a waste of time try heroes guild best spot out there for rune mining.

are u a member or not??

if mem, go heroes guild...

if f2p, wear full green d hide, for max mage def...be ready with the protect from mage, and bring 25 trout, with 3 swordies for the run back...

mine 25 a load, and use the trout if needed...

option 2 would be have a friend help you...

honestly, it's much harder than when there were pkers...
