How to make lean.

Was just wondering is there anyone on there's forums that know how to make lean? I have a few questions regarding lean & on how to make it.

Gte some high quality cough syrup. The syrup has to have promethazine and codeine. Get a drink of your choice (preferably a fruit drink or sprite). Pour 2-6oz of the syrup into the 20z sprite bottle (you can add a jollyrancher or two) and shake it up vigorously. Then just pour the drink into a Styrofoam cup. Maybe add a couple of ice cubes in your cup. Dont add any liquor to the lean, itll fuck you up and not in a good way. Remember to sip slowwwwww, dont try to gulp it all down.

Can somebody explain what lean is? It sounds like some kind of syrupy DXM concoction that gets you high.

Don't be stupid drinking this stuff. Like.. I'm sure you will, but be careful. The concoction contains the following:

promethazine: This stuff is in there to literally make you pass out before you are able to get high off of the codeine in the syrup. It is an antihistamine which will end up making you extremely drowsy.
codeine: A narcotic. Again, symptoms of extreme drowsiness.
sugars: The heavy amount of sugar is pt in there to keep you awake. This effectively disables your bodys natural response to the mixture and keeps yo up, allowing you to drink more. And more. You might not even notice the negative side effects of the narcotic and antihistamine.
Caffeine: See above.

If you don't see why this is bad, there's no sense in trying to help you. Because I didn't even include the negative side effects of codeine, etc.
Just be careful.

Its a drink lol. Really popular in the south, Its been around for ages but Houston, Texas put it on the map. Sypherz gave a pretty good analysis on it, It fucks you up because the syrup makes you want to go to sleep and all the sugar and caffeine makes you want to move around. Your body doesnt know what to do so youre just fucked up . Its pretty enjoyable though, but you can easily overdose if you dont know what youre doing.
