Add this to pumpkin seeds and stir to coat. Arrange 1 layer deep in shallow pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in slow oven (250 degrees) stirring 2 to 3 times, until golden brown (30 to 40 minutes).

Although this is a recipe and not a guide, I will still give feedback. It lacks in detail, You could show a list of ingredients/utensils you need for the preparation of the food such as:

    • Saucepan
    • Butter
    • Salt
    • Strainer
The guide its self looks un-even, the large picture of the butter draws the attention away from the recipe, you should try to keep the guide as even as possible to make it more appealing to the reader. The layout of the guide could be done in steps example:

This makes your guide look like it has been professionally done, and also it's neat and tidy.

Your grammar is okay, it could do with a little touch up. I hope you take these points into consideration when you write another guide. Hope to hear from you soon! :)

Venom pretty much nailed all of the important points there.

The one thing that I want to clarify is about the images. As venom said, the fact that the saucepan (with butter) is so big, it really deters the reader from the guide (or in this case, recipe). Remember to resize all of your images next time so they are uniform and fit in with the guide. The important part is ALWAYS the guide, and pictures are visual aides.

In general R33l & Venom got it.

But if you want to go into more detail on how to make a better guide look here:
    http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=416969.

When you write a guide, and are typing it, give the bbcodes their own line so it does not interfere and space it out weird, use the preview button before you submit the guide till it looks good, and maybe spice it up with some color.

(To Venon & R33l: Good job, doing what your supposed to, maybe the UE can recover and be good again.)
