how to make a runescape server!!!!

ok he we go i gonna write how you make a server credits go to all ppl who found all this stuff i only posting for everyone who doesnt know how to run a server

difficulty 5/10
need: computer, 258mb ram minimum, internet, (dont need router), some programms

ok here we go

STEP 1:
we gotta download a source (thats the world were your playing in with all codes and stuff)
i recommend this site : http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=269825
search a name you like and download it

STEP 2:
2nd download go to www.no-ip.com and search on right top for download button click on it
choose your operating system and download after downloading dont open yet.
after that go to create account

when you are registered on no-ip you can make hosts a host is like pktown.no-ip.org
just login and click on add domain you can do this yourself

STEP 3:
download utorrent just go to www.google.com and typ download utorrent
when u downloaded open it and click on options- preferences- connection you should see this poppup
as you see my port is 43594 the port for silabsoft just click in the typing box next to random port to typ 43594 when u did that click on apply and than OK

OK WHO FAR ARE WE NOW?
we downloaded a source we made our ip to a no-ip and we made a port
eehm were did the basics
now i tell how to put your server on

first open up the downloaded no-ip duct (programm) and login with your just maded account.
now you see this:

now open up your source file and search for an icon with the name runserver/ runner/ run and doubleclick on it you will see this

ok it says its online but ofcourse you didnt downloaded utorrent for nothing
open up utorrent thats all now is your server running
go to www.client.silabsoft.org and choose a name a password and your maded host at no-ip (example pktown.no-ip.org) and login now you have an own server

but ofcourse you want to have owner rights go into your source folder and openup characters search ur name open it and search for this

change the rights from 0 to 3
0 = player
1= moderator
2= admin
3= owner

we dont need more .. but looks good anywayy ..
but im not SO sure that utorrent works..
why not add PORTFORWARDING ..

its not soo hardd to portforward .. and u wont need to worry about UTORRENT..

hey I can make a server. But it says: Starting Icescape on 0.0.0.0:43594
So for the ip I have to type in 0.0.0.0. How do I make the ip something else?

The no-ip DUC thingy wont opem up for me. I just click it and nothing happens. It downloads/installs fine though
