Hey guys! Today, I am here to teach you how to make an incredible HH&C sandwich. Most people just kinda slap some Ham in the microwave, and throw some cheese on the bread, then put it together. Well, I'll tell you what that's good for. A Bad sandwhich. (: If you follow the instructions below, you will have a decadent, irresistable HH&C sandwich like you've never had before.

The Toast

Now something you should really focus on, my friends, is the toast you put it on. Not bread [Yes, some people use bread], but toast. The bread should be toasted on normal for about 30sec - 1 minute, depending on your toaster. What you're looking for that will really tell you when your toast is ready, is the golden-brown, crispy, crunchy stage of toasting, that will make an ENORMOUS difference when eating your sandwich. The toast is the difference between a creepy, awkward lunch, and a full-on scrumptious meal you will savor every bite of.

Ham! (:

Of course, the heart of this meal is the ham. This is where it may start to get tricky, because of different microwaves. But before we get ahead of ourselves, lets break it down step-by-step on how to set up your sandwich. It can be deli ham from your local Giant/WalMart, it can be packed, thin sliced deli meat, it can be real, thick cuts of a big juicy ham that Mom made for dinner a few days ago. It doesn't matter. Whatever you like more is what you'll be putting on here. I, myself, prefer extra thin slice ham from giant. You're gonna want to lay down one piece of ham on each piece of toast. Now, we'll come back to this later, because there is something else we need to do first.

Cheesey Goodness

Much like the ham, it doesn't matter what kind of cheese you use. Swiss, Provolone, Cheddar, American, whatever you like the most. But there is a slight trick to how you put it on the sandwich. I know this all sounds very stupid and useless, but please trust me on this. It works, and it makes a big difference. So, now that your sandwich has the perfect toast, and one slice of ham on each piece, you want on piece of cheese on both, too. And that's all for your cheese, folks.

Ham! (: (Continued)

Ok, so for a quick recap, you have the perfect toast, and one piece of ham and cheese on each. Now, we proceed. This section is all about what YOU decide. You can keep it how it is and scroll down to the last section, or you can add more ham. You can add one piece to each side, on on only one side, two on each side, however you want it. It's all up to you.

Microwave It

Time to slap the bad boy in the mic. Put the plate in the mic, and, depending on your microwave, put it in for 15-30 seconds. This will sufficiently melt the cheese to the perfect consistency, heat up the ham, and give the toast that warm, cozy feel when it settles in your stomach. If this is too little and is still cold or you're unhappy with it, put it in for another 10-20 seconds.

A little Secret

I'm gonna let you all in on a little secret. If you add just a little bit of butter to your toast before putting on the H&C, it makes it a hundred times better.
