yes it does but som are still able to go through the script. Those proxies are usually not very well known and are very good so if a scammer find one like that, it will take some time to ban it. Let's not forget; there are tons and tons of proxies out there.

 

Agreed. I once used a proxie because my friend didn't know how to make an acc and he was at my house. (sorry if that's against the rules)

everyone is tempted to scam. i suggest don't buy anything from an rs cheating site but its your choice.

 

I have bought and sold mills via paypal funded by CC, It all depends on the person, but in general it isnt somthing you should do because most will scam you.

I tried to get on sythe from my school, Sythe blocked me from getting through lol
