Definitely need better airflow. Better airflow = more fans and a better case. That's about the only thing I can suggest.

How to keep my CPU cool?

Depending on the GPU, that temp might not be out of the optimal range. My GTX 480 gets to 92C regularly, and it's perfectly fine (rated to run fine up to like 107c, so there's a bit of headroom there, plus I have a hefty OC and limit my fan to 70%)

As for your CPU, don't use the stock heatsink. It's pretty much junk even at stock speeds. It's nothing for a stock 2500k/2600k to get up to 75c at stock volts/speeds at full load. My H60 on my 2500k keeps my processor at 67c during prime95 (much worse than you'd ever encounter in any real world applications) AND I'm pretty damn sure I need to reapply thermal compound (bit of a mishap during the build, too lazy to reapply just yet). I'm at 4.2GHz atm too.. pretty generous OC. A H60 will only run you about $70.. it's a damn good investment. Not to mention it's practically silent.
