Literally don't be a dick head, be honest, trustworthy, and do things around sythe. You'll gain reputation. There's no secret or guide to getting vouches. Amount of vouches don't matter it's the quality of the vouch that matters.

And if I may add, don't force the sales to happen. I know gathering vouches for a newcomer is something important, but running after them will make you look bad. You should always let them come to you.

I literally have like 50 vouches I think lol. I see a lot of newcomers offer free services for vouches so I guess that's a viable way to grab some.

 

Q: what is best way to get vouches for a beginner?

I would like to explain how i start getting vouches from customers. First of all when you doing a trade / service for someone , don't expect vouch from that trade , first goal must be making customer happy .On gold sales best way to make customer happy is being fast and making trade without issues. On skilling /questing service ( which im involded in ) ways are ;

-Do service in time ( usually customers ask estimated time ) .

-Give informations about progress often.

-Do not use Bots , 3rd party programes.

-Do not lie about anything that occured on account .

-Give small presents to your customers like small quests or maybe cleaning/tidying bank .

-Be carrefull with the account

-Always be polite . ( sometimes customers may annoy you.But don't forget that they are giving their moneys to someone they don't know . So it might be stressfull for customers , they might ask unneccesary questions , always be patient and answer everything properly , politelty.

-Always keep files about services ( osbuddy screenshots etc. ) Incase anything happens in future.

-After service done do not force customer to vouch , you can ask like ; If you are happy with our service you are welcome to leave feedback on my vouch page etc.



Note: Following upper articles will also make your customer loyal to you.Also they will tell their friends about your service . Everyone wants to feel safe, special while paying for a service so give them what they want.



Q:Can you give free items for vouches?
A: I am not fan of giving items/money for vouches , i rather giving discounts&presents with your service like ;

-You can tell your customers that he earned %x discount on his next order for vouching and showing loyality to you. (I reccomend telling them after they vouch )


-If order is questing order ; You can tell that in next order he will get a free quest etc .

If they ask for a middleman, agree. But make sure YOU aren't getting scammed by them and one of their friends pretending to be a middleman.

If you say you don't want to use a middleman, it makes you look sketchy.

 

Yes a Middleman is a good guarantor, however be cautious of those pretending to be one! like you mentioned. There are plenty of free MM's out there too which are very trustworthy and reputable so an MM doesnt even have to hurt the pocket

Do thousands of trades between 1-5m and make the other guy go first and have them vouch you.

It depends on what you want to do. If you're running RS/Boosting/Account services etc then sure you could do a few free or discounted services to get it started, but for the most part it doesn't really matter. Middlemen exist for a reason. It's worth keeping in mind that you're going to be 'middle of the pack' in terms of your prices for a long time until everyone more reputable than you has left, which means it's more the time spent in a market than the number of vouches that matters.

If you're looking to run a gold site or something similar, you're much better asking specifics to those with experience than hunting after vouches.
