Dispute it? However if it is a perm mute it may be a bit more difficult to do. If the option to dispute it then give it your best shot. If it's temporary, it may just be easier to wait it out.

Funny thing is, i got perm muted for something i didn't do. STUPID HACKERS :'[

Can you appeal it? Tell Jagex that it was a different IP at the time and it wasn't you.

Not sure if your ban is going to be permanent, but..

If all else fails, check back on your account occasionally. Jagex are known for giving members a "Last Chance Appeal."
