Did not receive my prizeboxes

So a couple of days ago I donated 150$ to sythe.
I am supposed to be getting 2 prizeboxes (as it was 2x 50$ after the 100$ status)

I only got 1 prizebox out of my donation, which means something went wrong.

I've contacted some admins and they told me to ask Matthew, but it's been a while and I did not receive any answer back yet and fear with just a PM my issue will never be resolved.

Can someone that has acces please resolve my issue? Thank you in advance.

IF you already have made $100 or more worth of donations AND you make a donation greater than $50 THEN the number of prizeboxes you receive is the amount of the donation divided by $50, rounded down.

Care must be taken to maximise the number of prizeboxes you will get for your donations. Here are some clarifying examples:

If you have $100+ donor status and you donate $100, then you will receive TWO prizeboxes.

If you have $100+ donor status and you donate $25 and then another $25 you will receive NO prizeboxes, as the donation amount has to be equal to or over $50 to win a prizebox.

If you have $100+ donor status and you donate $50 you will receive ONE prizebox.

If you have $100+ donor status and you donate $55 you will receive ONE prizebox.

If you have $50+ donor status and you donate $50 you will receive NO prizebox. However you will then be at $100 donor status so a second $50 donation would get you a prizebox.

However if you have $50+ donor status and you donate $100 you will receive NO prizebox because at the time of the donation you were not a $100+ donor.

The minirank prizes are randomized in such a way as to preserve the rarity of rare miniranks. The chance of getting for example a penguin is very low. The algorithm automatically updates according to the current distribution of miniranks.
