Seriously, I eat alot and sometimes feel like a couch potato mostly in summer. My routines, on a busy/school day: 1. Stress alot 2. Walks 1-1.5km back and forth to my home 3. Casually drinks water alot when eating spicy dried peanuts (my favorite snack in class) 4. Exposed to a hot environment 5. Mostly goes into the library to cool myself, or *cough* read books *cough* My routines, on summer/no class: 1. Eat 2. Sleep 3. OSRS 4. Repeat So far, I did muscle building work outs and drinking "protein" shake, but none of them worked for me HELP. My history 1.
