    Okay if you're serious about gaining weight, calculate the amount of calories you need to maintain your weight and add 500. Track every meal, eat more than three times a day and do not dirty bulk. If you want to become skinny fat do so, but if you want to stay lean and pack some muscle eat clean. Good luck!

    Honestly I don't advise dirty bulking. It puts on unnecessary fat and it's really for those too lazy to count their calories and eat clean. You don't eat as much as you think you do because if you did you'd weigh more.

    when I bulked for football I would drink more milk then ever before. Atleast a gallon a day
