Questing on a 1 def pure...

I've played runescape for years, and I've always wanted to make a 1 def pure but never really had the money, but now I do and I'm looking to make a close to maxed pure. I currently am 1 def/pray/attk/str/summ, 70 range and 67 mage (getting it up too 85, maybe even 94)... I'm wondering what quest's would help out a 1 def pure, as I kind of want to make a 99 range/94 mage 1 def pure and not rely on melee, (stay 1 attack and str) I'm not sure what quests I should look into completing. I've done the dwarf cannon one and that's it, and plan on getting pray to 44 and getting desert treasure done. what else should I look into?

 

rfd for mith gloves,mokey madness for exp,avas attractor quest,climbing boots quest, and that about it.well including dt. sorry for not remembering the quest names,I'm too high lol.

 

you don't need mith gloves if you aren't going to level your attack/strength

 

Ive made 2 pures so far, and I know which quests has to be completed for this.
Due lack to effort, I advice you to google it, way easier.
Also, Ive got a pure, that you can possibly buy PM me if your interested.
It has completed those pure quests, has 99 Magic, and several other stats.

I know this topic isnt for selling, but I thought Id tell you.

 

i dont buy accounts as 99 mage is easy 99 range is my only real obstacle but ill end up botting it lol

 

You don't need many quests for a mage/range pure, However. There is a few but they don't really need to be done. Just stick to what you're doing unless you get attack and strength.

Get 45 prayer. Mystic might owns.

 

I'm about to do horror from the deep which'll bring me up to like 20 str but I'm not going to level it anymore as I really don't wanna use melee, and yeah I needa get my prayer up lol.

Get addy gloves from rfd, cheap and best you can get

 

Addy Gloves, MM, Zanik's Cbow, Mage Arena Quest, Horror From the Deep for god books, Death Platue. Quests like Shilo Village, Jungle Potion, etc.

When I played RS I personally just did quests on my pure for the hell of doing quests. If it doesn't level your def, do it.

 

For a range/magic pure.. In terms of questing I would reccomend:

-HFTD (I see you're working/done with it)

-Desert Treasure (Yes this will level your attack and strength, but since the XP gained is so little, you have 0% chance of leveling)

-The Chosen Commander (Zaniks Xbow is pretty sick)

-Animal magnetism (Must have for ANY pure with ranged)

-Mage Arena Mini-quest (Cape is a MUST for magic)

You will not need to much questing for your type of build, trust me there's more for a melee build. Get 45 prayer for mystic might, or 52 for smite. Don't bother with RfD, you don't need the quest unless you plan on using melee.

 

WHY MITH GLOVES

Get addy gloves, they are the best you can get on a pure.

They also provide really good range/mage bonuses.

 

Takes some time to adapt. I still remember the day that Jagex messed up once again and made it possible to "glitch" to ape atoll without gaining exp, by "abusing" the newly introduced Evil Tree's. I'm personally a perfectionist so I tend to get every item that could possibly benefit you.. which means nearly every quest

For ancients you will get 30 attack / 30 strength, add Horror From The Deep, Tree Gnome Village, Gnome Stronghold on top of that and you will be looking at around 45 attack for addy gloves, ancients, zammy book.
