How To extract Wii iso game????

I have about 3 wii games and backed them up in case they ever got scratched. well...sure enough wii sports got bashed up. So I attempted to extract it and it said it was an unknown format. I did this with all my copies non worked. So I got a 100% compressed ISO off the Internet and it didn't extract either. I've looked through a million forums and I'm completely clueless as to what the problem may be. If someone could give an actual guide and play by play of what to do that would be awesome because I've tried tons of programs and everything and nothing seems to work...

 

For what purpose are you extracting the games? You can run them in ISO format straight from a DVD or external HDD.
