I've gotten away with a lot by being relatively clean cut and well spoken, thought he was going to get off

 

Yeah if you look well-dressed and are well-spoken, you'll usually be able to slide through without any detection.

 

I've been pulled over a dozen times while being high as a kite and got off each time.
I even had my bong resting against the passenger seat once, while driving home from a friends house when i got pulled over, half a mile from my house, high AF and no drivers licence on me. He checked the information I gave him and drove along. Feels good man.
