Because its full of child pornography, drug and gun selling and gore. Also many hackers so if you don't have your security in check you could be in deep trouble.

 

How do people get in trouble though? Like Laptop65's post in the top, I can just search "guns for sale" on Google and not get in trouble, right?

It's really not that interesting, The only remotely interesting thing is the concept but the info found there is all dated and fragmented. I've browsed it and the TOR browser is painfully slow now I'm not claiming there isn't a risk for of taking pics ect. If you are interested run it in VMware or virtualbox. What you are gonna find is CP,Drugs,Sex,Gore,Thieves and conspiracies.
