How to enter HIDDEN WEB (Dark Web)!

It's really just like surface net but you can buy and sell drugs, find information that is very interesting, have someone killed, a lot of stuff. Yes even CP... As long as you don't go on it and start trolling an assassinators thread, you'll be fine. I stayed away from CP and things though, but did find drug sites, assassionation threads, and a lot of information about the government.

What is the reason for multipule proxies it it a legal thing or a safety thing because if its a legal thing im pretty sure the canadian government isnt allowed to see what im searching on the internet. This is a first time iv heard of this but im kind of scared to do it. Is it really that bad? If block my webcam and disable all cooking etc like in the guide will i be fine?

People where requesing screen shots so i decided to do a harmless search for "video games" on a popular search engine on tor called TORCH. The results where not harmless at all.

I still don't really get it, so pretty much it's like the normal web but it's just a bunch of stuff that didn't get searched enough to appear on the front pages of a Google search?

Also why do people not recommend using it?
