Thats the automatic mini-ranks, the other ones a admin will have to give you for a specific reason.

TYup, there are automated miniranks such as *sectionname* participant, they are added once a day.
There are also ocassional miniranks, you can get them during halloween, christmas etc.
Some ranks are buyable, you can buy them from someone else on Sythe
Some other ranks are added manually by admins for example 'I <3 N4N0' which is not tradeable and only n4n0 adds them

You can also buy miniranks from other users,Prices range from 5$-55$.
Not all ranks are tradeable tho.
