The first time I tried a backflip I was paralyzed for 5 minutes from shock and pain. Anyways, 10/10, i never knew you should keep your chin tucked in.

 

6/10, I have no trampoline but this explains it pretty well, FRONTFLIP NOW!!

 

ic3 bl1tz, you don´t have to but it´s for things like you described. If you´re going to land on your neck tuck it in but if you´re pretty confident no need to. /B/lackup I´ll get to it here tomorrow

Thnx, great guide and good explanation, when i was young i tried it too but i landed once so bad on my neck it really hurted very much and felt it for over 3 weeks, so after that ive never done it anymore...
