How To Critique Somone Nicely

-> Think of something good they do to say along with the critique.
-> Next say the criticism.

-> Put yourself in their spot, this is their first post their nervous etc.

-> Remember constructive!!!

-> Ask yourself a few questions...

*can they build off of this criticism?

*did they want to post more after this criticism?

*is what you are going to say going to make them leave the forum?

-> Is it really worth it to criticize the person for a small error?

-> Do Not get all up in there face {grill} with multiple flame posts.

-> If they do not accept the criticism leave it be, then they look like the jerk.

-> Is your criticism your opinion, or a fact?

-> You think you can do it better? I didn't see you make the post...

-> Keep these in mind and you will be able to make the forum a better place, and give people advice on there topics.

no it actually offers good questions you should ask yourself before critiquing someone, some of the questions that were posted you don't normally ask yourself, and hence you are not fulfilling what a great critique would fulfill =] if you know what i am saying lol

People, pay attention to this guide. Some don't even know how to criticise. They just release their insults at his/her face. Not even a constructive critisicm. So read carefully .
