How to Create a Hamachi Server

Hi, I've done everything up to the Compile.Bat... when i go to open it, it gives me an error which says..'Javac'," Cannot be read as an external or interal command, operal program or batch file... press any key to continue

just wondering what im doing wrong.. can you help??
