How to contact Jagex

I've got an account I havn't used in a long time. For whatever reason, I can't log into it as it is "disabled." There are no black marks and no messages.

So my question is how do I contact Jagex about my problem or does anyone here know what my problem is?

As far as I can tell, I doubt they would care if your account is disabled. They only have automated bots answering appeals, so I doubt they would have a real person helping you out.

Just use all your real info and everything including first pass..ip address ...adress ...email and stuff and it should get unlocked if you owned it from the beggining

it wont work. they dont give a shit about your letters and such.

i would just go to report a bug section. maybe it would work there.

do it via rs site. there's some application form you can fill for that. emails will be just ignored so those won't help atall

send a real letter, not an email, to Jagex ltd. then someone will atleast read it. Try and be polite or they throw it in trash, k broski?
