How to contact Jagex?

I'm not necessary looking on how to contact/more looking for contacting through real management and not their bots. My idea is to place warning pop-ups incase we accidentally click portal during a clan wars match. It has happened to me so many times already and it pisses me off.

I want to suggest them to put up a warning sign for that. I can't use the forums yet I need another 100k for 12.5 mil exp. How does jagex listen? Do they read any feedback?

 

That's what the Runsecape forums are for, just go to the runescape homepage and go to community and then forums. Once in the forums go to the suggestions part

Then make sure you immediately come back to Sythe forums or else Admins will send Ninja's?

P.s. them kinda idea's are really not that important to go strait to the bosses at Jagex

-Edit Just read ur thread more thouroughly, get 100k exp or suggest to a freind that is a member, but i think that suggestion is probably quite common, check on the forums still for a similar post to your idea though and if their is not already one then u'll just have to train extra hard xD-

what you don't understand is how horrible Jagex is at customer support.

Your best chance IS the forums, and yet, you have nearly no chance.

Try there, get support, and maybe, maybe one mod will post. This is an area that they are severely lacking.

 

Get a friend to post it for you, thats pretty much your best option.

 

Set up a petition to change it then forward it to jagex, they might look at it then.

Or, don't portal hug?
