How to contact Apple

Does anybody know how I contact Apple regarding an app that allows cheating?

Basically I play a game called Clash of Kings and I have a load of pictures of someone clearly hacking and using bots.
Now I don't mind if people hack/cheat on games... It doesn't usually effect me. However when said people is hacking/cheating to fuck everyone up, that's where I draw the line.

I have several pictures of this guy hacking and using these bots and its 100% clear. However the GM's in the game do absolutely nothing about it...
I have sent the images in along with explanations and provided immense detail. However they just send me to the FAQ...

I want to report the app to Apple and see if they do anything about it. I don't expect them to ban the guy. But I expect them to talk to the game creators.

They can give you the best advice regarding how you can go about reporting the issue. Other then that, your best shot would be to call Apple directly. The numbers are on their main website.
