How to Completely Hide a Program?

Does anyone know how to completely hide a game I have installed? I mean that I will not see it in the add/remove programs and the taskbar. The only way to find it would have to be searching for it. It would be a great help!

The way how I see it would work, would be to make a program portable, and put it on your Flash Drive, and then run it from there.

I think that when he running a program, he doesn't want anyone to see that he's using it because the OP is aware of someone closing down his "stuff" when hes afk.

 

I am trying to hide World of Warcraft on my computer from my parents because they don't let me play. I removed it from add/remove programs and I put it in a public folder they will most likely never run by. I hide the program in the taskbar when necessary. Are there any other ways to completely hide a program and only make it findable if you go to the file location instead of searching or seeing it anywhere else?
