How to claimback cash through paypal?

The guy got the account locked, so i need to claim the money back through paypal.

What method is the best? Unathorised use of a paypal account? If so what detials should i add? I need your help here so please can someone help me out

 

Depends , if you havent added anything to your comments while sending cash through , you can just make an dispute so you havent received a product and you was supposed to get for example PS3 charger via UPS.
