Ever want to play on Latin America or Brazil, but can't speak those languages? No need to fear! You can change 99% of text to the same language. This doesn't change the voiceovers, but it makes the client your language of choice.
What you want to do:
Go to your C drive (or where League is installed)
Riot Games
League of Legends
RADS
system
Open locale.cfg with an editor such as Notepad
Now, you can change whatever the language is to:
en_US: English
es_ES: Spanish
fr_FR: French
de_DE: German
it_IT: Italian
pl_PL: Polish
ko_KR: Korean
ro_RO: Romanian
el_GR: Greek
pt_BR: Brazilian Portuges
After you do this, save it and exit out.
You should be good going!
I found this out because I want to get 100 less ping on LAN then NA, and my friends and I are all making smurfs! Also, I only speak English and German, so Spanish has no relevance to me.
