How to Catch a Ban Evader

Forgot to mention you also need to find the reason they were banned off an offsite obviously HF and hack related is easy but for PB, MMo etc you should find a scam report on them which is easy just type their PB/ MMO user name such as (member scam) it will pick up the name of the member and find a scam report on them if there is one.
