How to bot without clan finding out?

I've botted my main for a while and just yesterday, my clan leader deranks because he found out I was botting. I always leave my clan chat, turn clan chat off and private off, yet he was still aware that I was on for 14 hours overnight. He also knew I had gotten the most amount of xp in a short period of time.

So my question is how to bot without my friends and clan finding out?

Click on the yellow button, now click on the most eastern button. This will make you leave your clan chat 'temporarily'. Now click on private and turn it to off. Then turn your friends chat and clan chat to off as well. Trade assist off as well if u want to. Bot the shit out now. He won't know.
Oh and..
Turn your adventor log to private. This is how he got to know most prolly .

 

I did all those things except turn off the adventurer log except he said that I had been on for 14 hours straight last night, which is odd because he must have seen me online somehow.

 

Maybe he saw you ingame and came back 14 hours later and you were still there?

Also, he can track your xp gains with Runetracker or some other such highscores tracking website/script.

 

On your clan page, if you go to clanmates, you can see whos on by looking at the online column on the right side.

He must have been checking periodically because he knows you've been botting, my advice is to leave that clan and find a new one.

I think this is most likely what happened, I may have to consider finding a new clan.

 

Leave your clan chat and turn off your private chat. The only time they will be able to see you are active is when your account goes into lobby.

Even then, it's not like they'll be watching the clan chat for you.

 

This is what happened. Find a new clan and hope their leader isn't such a prick.

 

adventure log will tell you say for instance you gain a fletching level at 1:20, make sure this is set to private! thats most likely how he found out. or just leave the clan and start your own! and never be deranked again

 

It was most def your adventure log. I would go and hide it asap.

I don't see any other way how he found out.

 

Just tell him you weren't botting and were actually playing, how would he know the difference?
