    5"7 is not that short. If you were 5"2 then that would be a little bit of an issue. Honestly, a lot of my friends are shorter than you and people barely even realize it. At 5"7 you're taller than most girls and seem pretty average. Just let nature take its course and be confident man!

    How to be taller

    Stretch, every day for at least 10 minutes. Eat healthy. Get Sleep. Swim. Ride a bike with the seat at an uncomfortable height. Practice perfect posture ALL the time.

    Look up the "super cobra" stretch.

    You are .5 inches taller in the morning, remember that.

    Edit: This wont make you "taller" but in fact, it will better align your spine and you will maximize your height. People's bad postures lead them to appear shorter than they actually am. For example. I am closer to 5'11 when I stand up straight, but as I type this now I am slouched in a non supportive computer chair, so I am around 5'10ish.

    Btw, if this is for a girlfriend thing. My good friend on the wrestling team is 5'7 and has serious confidence in himself and thats what girls like.

    I would say sleep.

    Sleep 8 hours. No more no less. Sleep normally.

    People only grow when they sleep. Since when you sleep, your cells are actually put to work, to replace and reproduce. Therefore making you "grow".

    When you're awake, your systems are at work. And your cells are basically "asleep". Or temporarily laid off. This is the time period where you don't grow.

    I have a tall friend of mine, he sleeps every morning when he comes to school. He goes to a table, and lies on it. Haha. We asked him why is he sleeping, and we probably thought he slept late last night. But he sleeps early everyday and just probably taking an extra "nap".

    Eat your veg and sports and sleep good and eat really good and u'll be tall and thats it and don't start doing propper GYM at a young age , But Still I do GYM and I'm 14.

    Sounds like genetics.
    Is your dad Tall? Is your mom short?

    Play Basketball, Basketball players are so tall because they stretch their verabrates and such, i'm not gonna get into detail, but it takes time..

    But who gives what people talk about. I'm short also, 5"5 ; 16 years old.

    Going to the gym a lot makes u smaller, because the wealth u make is what makes u not grow
